Refund Policy

At Optzio.org, we strive to deliver exceptional value through our services, courses, and digital products. We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we've designed a fair refund policy to protect both our customers and our business.

2. Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (templates, tools, guides, frameworks), all sales are final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. We offer full previews and descriptions to help you make informed purchasing decisions.

Exception: If the product is significantly different from its description or is defective, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase.

3. Courses & Training

7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 7-day satisfaction guarantee on all courses. If you are not satisfied with the course content, you may request a full refund within 7 days of enrollment, provided:

  • You have not completed more than 30% of the course content
  • You have not downloaded all course materials
  • You have not received a completion certificate

After 7 days or upon completing more than 30% of the course, the enrollment is considered final.

4. Agency Services

Agency service projects (SEO, Google Ads, website design, etc.) follow a milestone-based payment structure:

  • Before project start: Full refund if the project has not commenced
  • During project: Refund available for uncompleted milestones only. Payment for completed milestones and work delivered is non-refundable
  • After project completion: No refund. Revisions may be available as per the service agreement

Each project will have a clear scope of work and milestone schedule agreed upon before commencement.

5. Membership Plans

Monthly Memberships

You may cancel your monthly membership at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing cycle.

Annual Memberships

Annual memberships may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, the annual commitment is considered final. You may still cancel to prevent renewal.

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Send an email to contact@optzio.org with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your order/transaction ID, the product or service in question, and the reason for your request
  3. Our team will review your request within 3 business days
  4. Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method (Payoneer)

7. Processing Time

  • Review Period: 1-3 business days from request submission
  • Refund Processing: 7-14 business days after approval
  • Bank/Payment Provider: Additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account (varies by provider)

8. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Violation of our Terms of Service
  • Account suspension due to prohibited activities
  • Chargebacks filed without first contacting us for resolution
  • Requests made outside the applicable refund window
  • Products or services that have been fully delivered and consumed

9. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback with your bank or payment provider without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend your account and pursue the matter through appropriate channels. We encourage you to contact us first — we are committed to resolving any issues amicably.
