1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Optzio.org ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. Optzio.org is operated by Shahid Abdullah ("Founder"), operating internationally from Pakistan.

2. Description of Services

Optzio.org is a comprehensive digital optimization operating system that provides:

  • Digital Marketing Agency Services: SEO/SGO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, Email Marketing, Website Design, Branding, and more
  • Educational Courses: Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Health & Safety, AI Fluency, and Freelancing courses through our LMS
  • Digital Products: Templates, tools, guides, and frameworks
  • AI Automation Services: Custom AI agents, workflow automation, and chatbot development
  • Scholarship & Career Portal: International scholarship guidance and job placement assistance
  • Revenue Model Guides: 100+ proven ways to earn online with operating systems for each

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you may need to create an account. You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information during registration
  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Membership & Payments

4.1 Pricing

Membership plans and service pricing are displayed on the Platform. Prices are in US Dollars (USD) and may change with prior notice.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Payoneer. By making a purchase, you agree to Payoneer's terms of service. We accept major payment methods supported by Payoneer.

4.3 Billing

  • Monthly memberships are billed on the same date each month
  • Annual memberships are billed once per year at a discounted rate
  • One-time purchases (courses, digital products) are billed immediately

4.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details.

5. Intellectual Property

  • All content, courses, templates, tools, designs, and code on Optzio.org are the intellectual property of Optzio.org and Shahid Abdullah
  • Your membership grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our materials for personal or business use
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of our materials unless explicitly permitted (e.g., white-label Agency tier)
  • Agency tier members may use white-labeled materials for client work as specified in their plan

6. User Content

When you submit content to the Platform (comments, reviews, forum posts):

  • You retain ownership of your content
  • You grant Optzio.org a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display and distribute your content on the Platform
  • You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise the Platform
  • Scrape, data mine, or bulk download content
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Impersonate any person or entity
  • Use the Platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Resell access or share login credentials

8. Agency Services Terms

For clients purchasing agency services (SEO, Google Ads, website design, etc.):

  • Service scope and deliverables will be defined in a separate service agreement or proposal
  • Project timelines are estimates and may vary based on complexity and client responsiveness
  • Clients must provide necessary access, assets, and approvals in a timely manner
  • Results are not guaranteed as they depend on market conditions, competition, and other external factors
  • Payment milestones will be defined per project

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform and all services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Specific financial results or income from using our revenue models
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Accuracy or completeness of all information
  • That our services will meet your specific requirements

Income examples and revenue projections are illustrative and not promises of actual results.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Optzio.org and its founder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Optzio.org in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Rawalpindi, Pakistan, unless otherwise agreed upon.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through:

  • Direct communication via email to contact@optzio.org
  • Mediation through a mutually agreed-upon mediator
  • If unresolved after 30 days, either party may proceed with legal action

13. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive (intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution) will remain in effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
